Accounts & Consent
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must accept the applicable policies before login or signup. Account access may be restricted if information is false, unsafe, abusive, or unlawful.
You may request account closure from your member dashboard. Closure requests are reviewed by Yes Genie before access is restricted or data is deleted, anonymized, or retained where legal, financial, safety, tax, dispute, or operational requirements apply.
Departures, Inquiries & Bookings
Website content, itinerary descriptions, inclusions, exclusions, availability, pricing, and departure information may change until confirmed in writing. A departure is considered booked only after the stated payment and confirmation process is completed.
Guaranteed departures remain subject to safety, force majeure, legal restrictions, weather, supplier failure, medical events, operational emergencies, or other unavoidable circumstances.
Traveller Conduct
Participants must respect hosts, local communities, fellow travellers, safety instructions, accommodation rules, and applicable law. Yes Genie may refuse or remove participation where conduct creates risk, harassment, discrimination, damage, or disruption.
Third Parties & Limitation of Liability
Departures may involve transport providers, stays, adventure operators, payment providers, and local partners. Yes Genie works with service providers in good faith, but travel includes inherent risks and third-party actions may be outside our control.
